3. Payment Terms
Our customers can pay with the most common payment cards, namely Dankort, Visa-Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Online payments are processed through QuickPay, a secure digital payment solution for the mentioned payment cards. All online payments are handled through a secure internet connection (https). The entered information is encrypted (SSL) and cannot be read by third parties. We meet all security requirements set by QuickPay. This means that customers' sensitive information is protected, and we never have access to your card details. The specified amount is only debited from your account when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. No larger amount is deducted than what you have approved during the purchase. There are no fees for online payments made by private customers on our webshop.
Reservation of Purchase
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) The funds are released according to an agreement with your card issuer.
You can learn more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
If you have questions about our payment terms or our handling of sensitive information, you can contact us at info@flashforge.dk. We will respond to inquiries as quickly as possible.
4. Ordering
On Flashforge.dk, you can only order goods through our website. It is only possible to order items that are in stock. If you have questions about Flashforge products that are not in stock or not offered on our webshop, feel free to contact us.
5. Prices
All prices in our product catalog are displayed including VAT and other taxes. Our prices are daily prices. When ordering goods abroad, shipping costs are added. We reserve the right to change prices in line with external price and exchange rate changes. Additional discounts are given in certain cases, including larger deliveries and delivery agreements, etc.
Prices apply for 1 piece unless otherwise stated.
We strive to combine good service with affordable prices. We regularly review our prices and also make downward adjustments.
6. Shipping Costs
We deliver to destinations in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway. Please contact us if you wish to have delivery to an international destination (info@flashforge.dk). Especially for orders of 3D printers to foreign countries, customers are kindly requested to contact us to determine the most advantageous solution. In Denmark, we primarily deliver with Bring but also use other shipping companies. For international deliveries, we offer variable shipping prices based on the specific order size and weight.
7. Delivery
Orders placed before 10:00 AM are typically processed on the same day if the ordered items are in stock. Our shipments are usually dispatched the day after ordering (applies to deliveries within Denmark). Please note that we only send out items on weekdays.
8. Right of Withdrawal
As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping on Flashforge.dk.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:
i) receive your
item
ii) acquire physical possession of the last item, if the order consists of
different items ordered in one order but delivered separately
iii) acquire physical possession of the last batch or the last part, if the
agreement involves the delivery of an item consisting of several batches or
parts.
We encourage you to contact our customer service at info@flashforge.dk if you are
considering withdrawing your purchase due to issues with your 3D printer. Our
engineers might be able to assist you in achieving the user experience you
expect.
If you still wish to withdraw your purchase, you must provide written notice
within 14 days from receiving your order. The notice can be sent to the email
address info@flashforge.dk. Please include a copy
of the receipt along with the returned item. You are also requested to send a
completed withdrawal form, which can be found as a PDF
here or in a text version at the bottom of the terms and conditions for
private customers.
Refusing the delivery of the item is not sufficient. The customer must provide
a clear notice of withdrawal.
Services
If you wish to have the service delivered before the withdrawal period expires, you can give your explicit consent for the delivery to begin and for the period to stop when the service is fully delivered. [i]
In practice, this means that your withdrawal period expires when the service is fully delivered. Therefore, you retain your right of withdrawal while the work or delivery is ongoing. If you have given your consent for the work or delivery to begin but still wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please note that we will charge a reasonable fee for the work already delivered.
9. Withdrawal of Purchase of Goods
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item to be returned. If a 3D printer needs to be returned, we are happy to help you find the most advantageous way to return the printer.
When returning items, it is the customer's responsibility to package the item securely. You bear the risk for the item from the time it was delivered to you.
You are liable for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from handling it other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.
If the item was used in a way that goes beyond the described use, we consider the item used. This means that upon withdrawal of your purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount. The amount returned to you in this case depends on the commercial value of the used item.
To receive a full refund of the purchase amount, you may only try the item in the same way as one would in a physical store. It is possible to test the item, but it must not be put into actual use.
Refund of Purchase Amount
If you withdraw your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you have paid to us back (unless there is depreciation - see above). In the case of depreciation due to your handling of the item, this amount will be deducted. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you in connection with the relevant order, including any charged shipping costs.
We will carry out the refund without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received your notice of withdrawal. We will conduct the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction - unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item - unless you have provided evidence of having returned it.
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item should be returned to:
Tura
Scandinavia AB
Vindinggård Ringvej 1
7100 Vejle
Denmark
Please attach a copy of the order confirmation when returning an item as part
of withdrawing your purchase.
Once you have returned an item as part of a purchase withdrawal, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. This email will provide information about the further process related to the handling of your withdrawal.
Specifically for Services
If you have given your consent[ii] for the work or delivery to begin, but you still wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please note that we will charge reasonable costs for the work already delivered; this may include materials, labor time, and transportation time.
10. Returns in Case of Defects and Flaws
What terms apply if something is wrong with the item?
The rules on defects according to the Sale of Goods Act may apply to the purchase of goods.
When you shop with us, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that for justified complaints, you can either have the item repaired, replaced, receive a price reduction, or a refund. How we specifically handle a complaint depends on the specific situation.
To receive compensation, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified, meaning the defect did not occur due to incorrect use of the item or other harmful behaviour.
Defects in a product due to natural wear and tear, excessive load, inadequate operation, accidental damage, or other conditions for which the buyer is responsible do not constitute a defect and are not covered by the warranty. Wear parts include, among other things, bearings, rods, and other moving parts. This also includes the heated parts of offered 3D printers, including hotends, nozzles, heated build plates, and associated glass or other types of coatings.
Production defects are covered according to the paragraphs of the Sale of Goods Act. Inquiries about possible production defects should be directed to our customer service on the e-mail info@flashforge.dk, including a valid order number/invoice.
How quickly must I complain?
Customers must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
What should I include when returning?
You should include a copy of the receipt (usually sent as an electronic order confirmation).
How can I return items?
Please note that we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
We reimburse reasonable shipping costs (applies only to items sent within Denmark). When you need to make a complaint and/or return an item purchased from our webshop, you should go through our customer service. It is standard procedure for our customer service to send a return shipping label, which should be attached to the return package. The package can then be handed over at GLS.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item should always be returned in suitable packaging. Remember to obtain a receipt for shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
Returned items/complaints should be sent to:
Tura
Scandinavia AB
Vindinggård Ringvej 1
7100 Vejle
Denmark
Alongside returning the item, please specify the problem with the item as
comprehensively as possible. Also, remember to return the item in suitable
packaging to protect it from transport damage. Additionally, remember to obtain
a receipt for shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
Once you have returned an item for a complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. This email will provide information about the further process related to the handling of your complaint.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure, deficiency, or delay in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as war, civil war, public restrictions, import or export bans, natural disasters, as well as widespread labor disputes that could not have been foreseen by the parties at the time of entering into the purchase agreement.
12. Possibility to Complain About Your Purchase
If you wish to complain about your purchase from us, please contact info@flashforge.dk. If, contrary to expectations, we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the relevant authority in the field, provided the conditions for this are met. You can complain to the Center for Klageløsning/Forbrugerklageævnet. You can submit the complaint via Klagerportalen af Nævnenes Hus her.
In order to be able to complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for having the complaint processed.
When you shop at an e-mærket webshop, you can have your case processed for free by e-mærket, regardless of the amount involved. Read more here.
If you reside in another EU country than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission's online complaint portal here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr

DK3460 Birkerød
Phone number: (+45) 48 18 78 81

VAT number: 28120273
Any delivery of products from us is subject to the following terms and
conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Buyer's indication of special terms in the order list/order, etc. shall not be
considered a deviation from the terms below unless we have accepted them in
writing.
The buyer has entered into a binding purchase agreement with us when they have
added an item / items to their shopping cart, accepted our terms and
conditions, and confirmed their order.
Agreements between business customers who use our webshop in English and us are
concluded in English.
1. Purchase Agreement
As a business
customer, you have entered into a binding purchase agreement with us when you
have added an item / items to your shopping cart, accepted our terms and
conditions, and confirmed your order.
Business customers can request to make special agreements with customized terms
by contacting our customer service at info@flashforge.dk.
2. Prices
By default, all
prices on Flashforge.dk are shown including VAT unless otherwise indicated.
However, it is possible to switch to a view of the price excluding VAT.
We charge a card fee of 1.95% for customers using business cards. Payment with
Dankort is free of charge.
Our customer service (info@flashforge.dk) can be contacted to
obtain a list of prices for our products excluding VAT.
The final price will be shown on the invoice from us, where the price is added
to the applicable VAT, taxes, any shipping and other relevant fees.
We reserve the right to adjust agreed prices for undelivered items in the event
of currency changes, price increases from subcontractors, price increases of
raw materials, government interventions, or similar conditions.
3. Payment
Payment is made
by bank transfer or credit card payment, unless otherwise agreed.
If the buyer does not pay the purchase price on time, we are entitled to demand
default interest of 1.5% per month from the due date.
The buyer is not entitled to withhold part of the purchase price as security
for the fulfillment of counterclaims in the event of any other deliveries. Such
withholding is tantamount to a material breach of the purchase agreement.
4. Delivery
Orders received
before 10:00 AM are processed the same day if requested by the buyer.
Delivery is normally made by Bring, but we reserve the right to change
the shipping provider.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, delivery is DDP at the address specified by
the buyer.
A delay in delivering an order does not entitle the buyer to cancel the
transaction.
In the case of pallet delivery, the customer must return an equivalent number of
exchange pallets to the courier. Otherwise, the pallet(s) will be invoiced to
the buyer subsequently.
5. Transport Damage
If the buyer receives goods that have been damaged during transportation, this damage must be documented photographically. Pictures of the damage should be sent in an email to info@flashforge.dk, specifying which items have been damaged. Our customer service will then handle the case and arrange a replacement delivery. Complaints about transport damage must be made immediately upon receipt of the damage, and the goods must be examined immediately after delivery.
6. Retention of Title
We retain ownership of any delivery until the entire purchase price has been paid.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Business customers have no right of withdrawal.
8. Consequential Damages / Indirect Loss
We are not
liable to the buyer for consequential damages or indirect losses arising from
or relating to an agreement governed by these terms and conditions for business
customers.
We are not responsible to the buyer for any consequential damages or indirect
losses related to the use of 3D printers (materials, electronics, etc.) unless
otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
9. Complaints
Business
customers have no right of withdrawal. Regarding complaints, Flashforge Denmark
sets a complaint deadline of 12 months from the receipt of the order. Claims
relating to defects, delays, product liability, or other claims for
compensation must be notified to us in writing without undue delay. Freight in
connection with complaint cases is at the buyer's own expense.
Defects resulting from natural wear and tear, overload, improper operation,
accidents, or other circumstances for which the buyer is responsible do not
constitute a defect and are not covered by the warranty. Wear parts include
items such as bearings, rods, and other moving parts. This also includes the
heated parts of offered 3D printers, including hotends, nozzles, heated build
plates, and associated glass or other coatings.
Our liability for defects in products is limited to replacing the defective
item. However, this only applies in cases where there is a defect according to
the above limitation and as long as we have been informed of the defect shortly
after the delivery of the product. A short period is defined here as 'a few days'.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any missing, defective, or delayed delivery that is wholly or partially due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as war, civil war, public restrictions, import or export bans, natural disasters, and widespread labor disputes that could not have been foreseen by the parties at the time of entering into the purchase agreement.
11. Partial Invalidity
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this does not affect or diminish the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
12. Disputes
Any disagreement or dispute between the parties regarding the understanding or scope of these terms and conditions will be resolved according to Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the Court in Horsens.
13. About Our 3D Printers
We would like
to point out that user manuals, safety data sheets, guides, and other
informative materials may appear in languages other than Danish. However, there
will always be an English manual available from us or the manufacturer. It is
the buyer's responsibility to ensure that manuals, guides, and similar
materials are available in the desired language. We guarantee at least one
manual in English.
The use of 3D printers for business purposes MUST be supervised to prevent
damage. This includes damage to and around the printer, including surrounding
objects and premises. If the 3D printer is used unsupervised, the buyer will
always be responsible for damage caused by faulty prints, breakdowns, fires,
etc.
In the event of a faulty print, the printer should be stopped / turned off, and the error should be rectified.
We recommend using the appropriate approved ventilation when using 3D prints for business purposes. This increases safety for the indoor environment around the 3D printer(s) and protects users from ultrafine particles. It is the individual employer's responsibility to assess the need for mechanical ventilation and external spaces for the company's 3D printers. The Danish Working Environment Authority recommends that printers be placed in a well-ventilated room or fume hood.
